How do I book an experience?

Choose an experience, pick a date and the number of guests, and confirm. A small deposit secures your slot; the balance is settled on the day.

Are the experiences really private?

Yes. Every Caldera experience is private to your party only — no groups, no strangers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes — see Private Shuttle & Transfers. Fixed prices, up to 4 guests per car.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major cards through a secure checkout. (Live card payments arrive with the Stripe integration.)

Can you arrange a custom experience?

Absolutely. Tell the concierge what you have in mind and we will compose it around you.
